About the Role

Create Learning Trust consists of a family of four local primary schools. Quality sits at the heart of everything we do, and our goal is to provide our children with the highest standard of education and nurturing support to make their education journey a success.

As our growth plan evolves, we are seeking to appoint a dynamic, passionate Executive Headteacher who shares our vision and values and is able to deliver these alongside committed academy boards. The Executive Headteacher will have responsibility for the substantive headship at Cuddington Primary School alongside the executive leadership of Little Leigh Primary School.

The future Executive Headteacher will inherit schools with a strong reputation, delightful children, committed staff teams, and vibrant school communities.

Cuddington Primary is a one form entry village primary school with just under 200 pupils on roll.
